27 heads of the Training Centers from different public and private institutions gathered today at the NAC, to attend the anticorruption meeting. The event, organized by the General Directorate on Preventing Corruption aimed at informing the representatives of the Training Centers about the possibilities of the prevention subdivisions of the Center to train the employees of the entities in the field of integrity and anti-corruption.
The event moderator, the interim head of the General Directorate on Preventing Corruption, Ion Pruteanu, presented the recommended modules by the National Anticorruption Center for the professional training within the public and private entities, based on the action plans from the National Anticorruption Integrity Strategy for the years 2017-2020. Thus, the topics proposed by the NAC for professional development include:
- ensuring the climate of institutional integrity,
- assessment, internal control of the Institutional integrity,
- liability for the lack of integrity,
- mechanisms for declaring gifts and whistleblowing the corruption manifestations,
- risk management of corruption and fraud,
- ethics and organizational integrity,
- elements of ethical management in the professional integrity process,
- integrity standards in the private sector, etc.
In addition to the above-mentioned trainings, the participants of the meeting requested from the NAC to organize some courses of training the trainers for the public and private entities, so that they can train the staff.
To be noted, that the heads of the training centers participated at the session, as well as the representatives of the internal security and human resources subdivisions, responsible for the professional training from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integrity, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Social Protection, Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, the Institute of Education Sciences, State Tax Service, General Inspectorate of Police and General Inspectorate of Border Police, Customs Service, Public Administration Academy, Association of Accountants and Professional Auditors of Moldova, Training Center in MOLDINSOLV insolvency and the Lawyer Training Center of Moldova.
Therefore, the beneficiaries of the training are the employees of the administration of the state and municipal enterprises, the commercial companies, the civil servants in executing and managerial positions, as well as beginners.
We remind, that during 2019, the National Anticorruption Center organized anticorruption trainings for 38 000 civil servants.
