Disciplinary Board

The Disciplinary Board of the National Anti-corruption Centre examines the violation of professional obligations, service discipline and professional conduct of employees

Art. 33 of Law no. 1104/2002

Composition of the Disciplinary Board of the National Anti-corruption Centre:

- a representative of the internal security subdivision;

- a representative of the human resources subdivision;

- a representative of the Centre union;

- a representative of the Centre’s legal service;

- two representatives of the Civil Council;

- a representative of the academic environment.
