Disclosing illegal practices at the National Anticorruption Line

Whistleblowing – good faith disclosure by an employee of an illegal practice that constitutes a threat or damage to public interest.

Disclosure of illegal practice – disclosure of corruption manifestations, as defined and listed in the Integrity Law no. 82/2017, of breaching environment law, infringements of fundamental human rights and freedoms, those related to national security, as well as other violations, actions or inactions that threaten or harm the public interest.

Whistleblower – an employee that makes a disclosure

Disclosure of illegal practices can be done via the National Anticorruption Line 0-800-55555, that is active 24/247 days a week
