The Criminal Assets Recovery Agency (CARA) of the NAC seized assets estimated at about 4 million lei, based on the delegations of the prosecutors, last week. Among the seized goods are three residential and non-residential rooms and a mean of transportation. 130 prosecutors' delegations are currently being examined by CARA.

In addition to the component of recovering assets, the NAC has carried out its program of activities on other dimensions such as corruption prevention, analytics, expertise and anti-corruption education. Thus:

·       The Analytical Directorate has completed 6 operational analyzes, initiated 12 new operational analyzes, and another 93 operational and strategic analyzes are in progress. 60% of them concern the income and property of officials;

.       The Analytical Directorate has completed 11 operational analyzes, initiated 12 new operational analyzes, and another 87 operational and strategic analyzes are in progress

.       The Anti-Corruption Legislation and Expertise Department received 32 draft normative acts for expertise, 12 reports were submitted to the authors;

·       1290 materials were registered in the Chancellery of the Center;

.       48 calls were received by operators of the National Anti-Corruption Line;

·       The Anticorruption Education Directorate carried out 11 information and awareness-raising activities regarding the risks and consequences of involvement in acts of corruption in different public entities. Another 11 sessions are planned for the current week;

·       192 integrity records were issued;

·       Currently, 4 persons are in the NAC Detention Center.
