The Anticorruption Education Directorate of the NAC continued the trainings this week, which were attended by about 620 people, in the municipality of Chisinau and the districts of Dondușeni, Rîșcani, Basarabeasca and Edineț. As part of the information and awareness-raising campaigns "Integrity for Health",  "Integrity for Qualitative Public Services", " "Denounce! Your Attitude Matters!”,"Integrity: Precondition to Prevent Corruption Risks", the training participants were informed about topics about institutional and professional integrity, the ways to denounce manifestations of corruption, but also about the reporting mechanisms of the NAC. 

In the same way, in the current week, the NAC officers together with the managers from SPIA, MAI continued the training activities with the leaders from MAI, Balti municipality regarding the rigors of integrity in the public sector. 

Also, at the request of public entities, some training activities were provided for public agents within the Customs Service Training Center and the Central Phytosanitary Laboratory regarding measures to ensure institutional and professional integrity. 

At the same time, the anti-corruption education activities continued with young people from educational institutions in Dondușeni and Rîșcani by conducting the Pro-Integrity Quiz. 

The week ended with a study visit to the NAC by the students of the law faculty of the MSU within the AO ELSA of the Republic of Moldova. They learned what the main directions of the NAC are, how the Guard Unit works, but also what the detention conditions are in the NAC Detention Center. 

We remind, that the purpose of the activities carried out by NAC personnel within the corruption prevention component is to cultivate and strengthen the climate of institutional integrity by promoting anti-corruption and integrity policies.
