Court of Buiucani: warrants of arrest on two businessmen in "Tax file" were extended

Court of Buiucanidecided to extend the mandate for the arrest of two alleged businessmen investigated in a criminal case opened for money laundering, passive corruption and influence peddling a few weeks ago.

Thus, one of the men ended up with 25 and another with 20 days of arrest.
We recall that the employee of State Tax Service was detained for 20 days before, and the two alleged businessmen for 25 days each.


NAC is investigating the deputy head of a Department of the State Tax Inspectorate and two alleged businessmen.
The three persons are in the custody of NAC currently.
