Assets of over 8 million lei seized by the NAC’s CARA

The NAC's Criminal Assets Recovery Agency (CARA) has seized assets worth over 8.3 million lei. These include 8 means of transport, 2 residential premises and one non-residential premises. The assets were frozen in fraud cases, based on the delegations of the Buiucani Police Inspectorate and the Chisinau Municipal Prosecutor's Office. 

At the same time, previously applied seizures worth about 800 000 lei were confirmed by court decisions.
