The NAC and the Demnitate Trade Union signed a new collective labour agreement establishing additional guarantees in the fields of professional development and social protection

The National Anti-corruption Centre (NAC) and the Demnitate Trade Union signed a new Collective Labour Agreement, which establishes additional guarantees in the fields of occupational health and safety, continuous professional development, social protection, as well as institutionalized social dialogue. The agreement also regulates the mechanisms for resolving labour disputes and cooperation between the administration and employee representatives. The document was signed by the Director of the NAC, Alexandr Pînzari, and the President of the Demnitate Trade Union, Angela Otean.

On this occasion, the Director of the NAC emphasized the essential importance of the Collective Labour Agreement for the proper functioning of the institution, noting that ensuring the social and economic protection of employees, as well as respecting their legal rights and interests, is a priority for the National Anti-corruption Centre.

In turn, the president of the Demnitate Trade Union, Angela Otean, expressed her gratitude to the negotiation committee for maintaining an open and efficient social dialogue, as well as for the active involvement during all stages of the document's negotiation.

The Demnitate Trade Union has been a social partner of the NAC for over 15 years, during which time the cooperation between the two parties has contributed to the promotion of an important set of guarantees and social benefits, aimed at ensuring the protection of the social and economic rights of the employees of the National Anti-corruption Centre.
