The NAC is inviting companies to compete for the Business Integrity Trophy, within the Trademark of the Year competition

The National Anti-corruption Centre (NAC) is inviting companies that promote and implement integrity standards to compete for the Business Integrity Trophy, awarded within the Trademark of the Year competition. The competition is organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova and the State Agency for Intellectual Property (AGEPI), in partnership with the NAC and UNFPA Moldova.

The "Implementation of Integrity Standards in the Private Sector" nomination aims to encourage private companies that implement integrity standards, identify and manage corruption risks in their activities, and implement effective anti-corruption procedures. Thus, by awarding the Integrity Trophy, the NAC comes to support honest business, to strengthen the integrity component in the private sector and to contribute to the creation of a competitive, fair business environment, based on standards of integrity, transparency and professionalism in the interaction with the public sector.

Medium, small and micro enterprises, as well as commercial companies can participate in the competition. The file will include: the application for participation (available on www.chamber.md); a copy of the company's registration certificate; the self-assessment report on anti-corruption initiatives (available on www.chamber.md), accompanied by supporting documents, such as: internal ethics, compliance, anti-corruption and bribery policies; code of ethics/conduct; procedures for reporting irregularities and protection of whistle-blowers; procedures for managing conflicts of interest; procedures for declaring and evaluating gifts; internal control mechanisms.

March 10 is the deadline for submitting applications, and all stages of the competition will take place until April 2026. The official award ceremony will take place in May–June 2026, during the Moldovan Business Gala.

The Integrity Trophy is offered by the NAC for the 7th consecutive year.
