The NAC anti-corruption volunteers strengthened their skills in writing and implementing projects

Voluntarii anticorupție ai CNA și-au consolidat competențele în scrierea și implementarea proiectelor

The National Anti-corruption Centre (NAC), in partnership with the HOMECARE Public Association, organized the training course “Developing the skills of the Generation Pro anti-corruption volunteers in the field of writing and implementing projects” on March 5–6, 2019, with the financial support of the Swiss Government.

The training brought together the NAC anti-corruption volunteers, offering them the opportunity to develop and strengthen their skills in the field of project development and implementation. During the two days, participants were familiarized with the main stages of the project development process, starting with identifying problems and setting objectives, continuing with planning activities and budgeting, up to evaluating results.

The training program included both theoretical sessions and practical exercises, designed to develop strategic thinking, a spirit of initiative and the volunteers’ skills to identify effective solutions for preventing corruption and promoting integrity. Participants also worked in teams to develop projects aimed at promoting integrity, transparency and social responsibility in the healthcare sector.

Through this initiative, the NAC and its partners aim to strengthen the role of anti-corruption volunteers in promoting a culture of integrity and in the active involvement of young people in the processes of corruption prevention and social accountability.
