Today, during the day, the Mobile Consulting Center was installed in Comrat, at the entrance of the headquarters S.R.L. „Găgăuz-gaz”. Thus, consumers who had questions or misunderstandings with the operator received necessary consultation from specialists in the field.
This time as well, the Agency was represented by Violina Șpac, ANRE director, who mentioned: “Today we had consumers willing to know their rights and duties in relation to the service providers regulated by ANRE. The discussions with consumers in the territory are welcomed and even necessary. Thus, at the request of the public association „Народный контроль” from Comrat, there will be planned the organization of informative actions in this regard in ATU Gagauzia.”
In the same context, Ion Pruteanu, the head of the Anticorruption Education Directorate of the NAC said: “The NAC provided consultations to consumers served by S.R.L. „Găgăuz-gaz”, about the ways of reporting abuses or extortion of bribe from enterprise controllers.
