About 550 people trained by the NAC in anti-corruption activities carried out in Chisinau, Soldanesti, Nisporeni and Rezina this week
The National Anti-Corruption Centre (NAC) continued its corruption prevention actions this week, organizing 10 training activities for approximately 550 participants from various public sectors.
During this period, the NAC completed trainings dedicated to directors of general education institutions in Chisinau, attended by over 300 school managers. The sessions were oriented towards strengthening institutional accountability, proper management of public resources and ensuring a transparent and safe educational environment for students and teachers.
As part of the “Integrity for a Safe Society” campaign, the NAC officers trained employees of the Soldanesti, Nisporeni, Rezina and Buiucani Police Inspectorates in Chisinau. The central objective was to train officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI) on professional ethics and transparency, essential elements for good governance and an institutional climate of integrity.
The "Integrity for Health" campaign continued in the Health Centers in Şoldănești, Nisporeni and Rezina, in partnership with the Ministry of Health and AO HOMECARE. The NAC experts informed employees of medical institutions about professional and institutional integrity standards, as well as about the mechanisms for reporting corruption.
The week's agenda also included training sessions held at the Investment Agency, focused on preventing corruption risks and strengthening internal integrity mechanisms.
We remind that the purpose of the activities carried out by the NAC officers on the corruption prevention component are oriented towards cultivating and strengthening the climate of institutional integrity, by promoting anti-corruption and integrity policies.
