Improper influence - interference in the professional activity of the public agent by third parties, manifested by pressure, threats or requests, in order to determine him to carry out his professional activity in a certain way, when the interference is illegal and is not accompanied by the promise, offer or giving, personally or through an intermediary, of goods, services, privileges or advantages in any form, which are not due to him (does not meet the elements of a corruption offense);
The public agent reports the improper influence to the head of the public entity within 3 working days at most, except in the case when the head refuses to register the complaint or he alone is the one targeted. Only in the latter case is it reported directly to the NAC.
