The National Anti-corruption Centre (NAC) organized a training on the theme "Leadership and teamwork", which brought together 25 young anti-corruption volunteers of the NAC from across the country. Its purpose - to develop leadership skills, strengthen teamwork skills and encourage effective collaboration within anti-corruption volunteer projects. The anti-corruption volunteers participated in interactive sessions, practical exercises and case studies aimed at developing their strategic thinking, coordination skills and sense of responsibility.

Following the activities carried out, the NAC volunteers will be involved in anti-corruption education activities carried out through information campaigns, events and activities, as well as in the development of anti-corruption proposals and initiatives for young people, which will contribute to educating young people in the spirit of integrity. Anti-corruption volunteers will also use leadership and collaboration techniques and methods in interacting with colleagues in corruption prevention activities.

The training is part of the NAC's Annual Volunteer Program for 2025 and was organized within the project "Health Equity through Social Accountability" with the support of the Swiss Red Cross, in partnership with the "CASMED" Public Association and the "HOMECARE" Public Association.
