CNA a continuat campaniile de informare și sensibilizare în Bălți și Cahul în această săptămână

The National Anti-corruption Centre (NAC) continued its information and awareness-raising activities in the municipalities of Balti and Cahul, training 240 people in 6 sessions held this week.

The “Integrity for a Safe Society” campaign continued among the officials of the territorial subdivisions of the general inspectorates of the North and South MIA on measures to ensure institutional integrity and control mechanisms in the public sector.

At the same time, as part of the “Integrity for Health” campaign, medical staff from health centres in Balti and Cahul were informed about compliance with professional and institutional integrity standards. In parallel, the NAC officers, together with anticorruption volunteers, distributed information materials to citizens and patients on the rights to medical services and the ways to notify the competent authorities.

Also, an information session was held for the employees of the State Financial Control Inspectorate and a training within the framework of the continuous training courses organized by the ANP Training Centre for employees of the penitentiary administration system.

We remind that the purpose of the activities carried out by the NAC officers on the corruption prevention component is oriented towards cultivating and strengthening the climate of institutional integrity, by promoting anti-corruption and integrity policies.
