Thirty students visited the NAC and over 600 officials were trained in corruption prevention activities carried out during the week
The National Anti-corruption Centre (NAC) informs about the implementation of a series of corruption prevention activities this week, with a focus on anti-corruption education among young people and strengthening integrity in public institutions. A central moment was the study visit of 30 students of the Free International University of Moldova, who had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the institution's activity, its role in preventing and combating corruption, as well as with the tools used in investigating corruption cases. The participants explored the key areas of the NAC and interacted directly with anti-corruption officers.
At the same time, NAC officers conducted information sessions for students of the Centre of Excellence in Economics and Finance and the Moldova State University, Faculty of International Relations, Political and Administrative Sciences, activities focused on promoting corruption prevention mechanisms and strengthening the values of integrity and responsibility.
In parallel, the NAC continued to implement the "Integrity for a Safe Society" campaign within several subdivisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including the "Ștefan cel Mare" Academy, the MIA Polyclinic, the IMSPD "Medical Service", as well as in the Bender and Dubăsari police inspectorates. The activities aimed to promote professional ethics, transparency and institutional responsibility. Also, the trainings organized for employees of the State Fiscal Service aimed at strengthening compliance with ethical standards and principles of good governance. At the same time, the NAC officers participate in professional training programs organized by the National Institute of Public Administration and Management and the Training Centre of the National Penitentiary Administration, contributing to the development of professional skills and the promotion of an institutional culture based on integrity and prevention.
The NAC continues its anti-corruption education activities to promote integrity in society.
