The NAC officers conduct procedural actions at SE "MoldATSA" in a criminal case concerning alleged abuse of power

CNA

Officers of the National Anti-corruption Centre (NAC), under the procedural direction of the Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office, are currently carrying out criminal investigative actions at the headquarters of the State Enterprise "MoldATSA". These actions are part of a criminal case initiated on reasonable suspicions of abuse of power under aggravating circumstances.

The criminal case was launched shortly after the completion of an institutional integrity assessment conducted at the enterprise, following the collection of information that indicated reasonable suspicions regarding the commission of the investigated offense.

The criminal procedural actions aim to gather the necessary evidence to establish all the circumstances of the case and to ensure a full, objective, and comprehensive investigation.

The National Anti-corruption Centre will provide additional information as the criminal investigation progresses, while respecting the interests of the investigation and the principle of the presumption of innocence.
